About Us
Sharon Edwards is the Principal of Brandywine River Consulting a company she founded in 2001 after following a successful 18 year career in Learning and Development, Human Resources and Operations Management. She brings to the company a unique combination of business management experience and learning and development expertise. She has been a trusted partner in the design of customized and proprietary training programs, learning and development consulting, coaching and facilitation.
Prior to establishing Brandywine River Consulting, Sharon demonstrated her passion for employee development and success in corporate and educational institutions. She spent 15 years with ARAMARK Corporation, a $12 Billion, 240,000 employee, international diversified services corporation. She held the position of Director, Organizational Advancement, ARAMARK Business Services Group, Director, Human Resources, ARAMARK International and Senior Manager, ARAMARK Food and Support Services Group.
Sharon earned her Master’s Degree in Human Resources at Widener University in Chester, PA while serving as Adjunct Professor in the School of Hospitality Management and her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from the same institution. She has been a certified executive coach for over 20 years.
